FIRST Rotterdam awarded BREEAM certificate of excellence

MAB Development and Maarsen Groep have been awarded a four-star (Excellent) BREEAM-NL certificate for new construction for the design of the project FIRST Rotterdam on the Weena street in Rotterdam. The ceremony took place at MAB's stand during the PROVADA real estate exhibition in Amsterdam. This was the 11th time that this certificate has been awarded in the Netherlands. During the ceremony, the Managing Director of the Dutch Green Building Council, Stefan van Uffelen, specifically mentioned the high scores in the materials category. The score of 30% was evaluated as an extraordinary performance for this transformation.
