TKZ Urban plan, Zagreb

TKZ urban plan was designed through series of city blocks which are flexible in programming and have an economic ratio of the floor plan and facade. Depth of the block is sufficient for the housing, office and public use. The relation between public and private ownership on the site enables programme flexibility, creating added value for the city.
