Zagreb Airport

The Airport building consists of 4 different dilatations, which were designed by various architects within a period from 1961 to 1987. The collaboration with the graphic and lighting designers resulted in a construction of a 200 m long installation added to the existing façade. The installation is the second skin of the existing building made of two layers: textile and glass. The layers are printed with patterns which interfere, creating a moiré effect.  The LED lightening can be programmed to change intensity and tone depending on the amount of daylight.
